•You have a university degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical), Business Administration or corresponding. •You have 5+ years of Procurement experience from a national or an international organization of repute, •You have strong project management skills •You have excellent negotiation skills •You have significant stakeholder management experiences •You are fluent in English, French and Dutch both written and verbal. •You are willing to travel. (10%) •You have strong financial competence and understanding •You have ability to take leadership for your tasks and area of responsibility. •You have strong and genuine interest in innovation and sourcing option development.
You are a natural in building and maintaining good relationships with people and you have a strong business mindset and drive. New ways of working and change motivate you to find new possibilities and better solutions. Experience from procurement projects and driving business on a country/global level with multiple business partners is a pre-requisite. In your role you will:
•Execute category strategies to support the Ingka Group on a global basis and in your home region. •Be responsible for building trusted relationships through IKEA way of doing business, secure compliance of IWAY and Code of Conduct. •Responsible for supplier management and supplier performance by professionally challenging suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of supplier performance. •Co-operate with team members in other and own units to accomplish common goals •Build and develop internal stakeholder relations. •Be responsible to fulfill personal cost saving targets contributing to the global team objectives and goals. •Be conducting professional tender management, preparing tender documents and managing change order process for large, mid and small size Construction and Retail Fit-Out projects
