WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Proven customer-focused mindset, ability to influence through the use of customer insight. • Paying attention to details. • Sense for teamwork, as well as work independently. • Good analytical skills. • Ability to communicate to large groups in a comfortable manner. • Communicative level of Czech language and English language (written, spoken). • You are great example of IKEA values.

• Secure welcoming, joyful, inspiring and family-friendly atmosphere in the store. • Identify new business opportunities based on customers‘ motivation and expectations. • Cooperate with other departments to ensure a positive shopping experience. • Actively work with trends and customer insights to achieve a returned visit - responsible for store surveys related to our customers • Implement ‚ways to shop‘ in our store • Ensure balaced operational excellence in daily operations to secure a positive shopping experience to our customers. • Responsibility for Smäland (children area), greeters – leading team of co-workers. • Shopping Experience Manager will be also member of our wider management team.
