•Minimum 5 years experience from Security, Investigations, and Internal Controls and Compliance areas; •Leadership or managerial experience; •Pragmatic, analytical approach, ability to synthesize information; •Collaborative approach; •Excellent communication skills; •Good command of English language.
•Act as a strong Risk Management and Compliance advisor for the MEGA Meeting place management team with active contribution towards improvement of operational results, Customer Experience and Asset value. To ensure budgeting accuracy and managing convenient customer flow and compliance verification activities; •Ensure that all the preventive measures stated in the internal policy and local regulations are followed and implement further measures and systems relating to the prevention of crime, fire safety, health and safety, natural hazards and safety in reconstruction areas. •Ensure a safe and secure environment for all people in Centre and Company’s asset, plan and coordinate the annual training activities of all people in the Centre, fire drills and all periodic safety testing activities. •Secure effective incident and crisis handling including registration, root cause analysis and loss estimation and the claim for insurance compensation; •Work in partnership with the MEGA Meeting Place management team and country Business Risk and Compliance team to implement internal controls, including co-worker misconduct, information security, supporting internal investigations, 3rd parties screening (due diligence), pre-employment background check according to relevant Company guidelines; •Build strong relationship with relevant stakeholders (external partners, anchor tenants) and synchronize efforts and activities where necessary, maintain relations with all the public security authorities of the community (police, fire brigade etc.). •Ensure the high-level outsourced security company of the MEGA Meeting Place and guarantee that they always provide a high-quality standard of service, in relation to the aspects of safety, security and prevention; •Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, promote a risk culture throughout the organization.
