• Lead and drive the Human-Remote sales agenda in country. • Set up, follow up and deliver on country Human-Remote sales plan FY21. • Set up a Human-Remote sales plan for FY21-23, anchored in commercial team. • Drive and implement global Block 3 deliveries in country. • Establish Human-Remote sales a NEW channel/touchpoint in country in order to maximize growth FY21-FY23 • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within Commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact. (Main: Country selling-, core area-, web/digital-, market area- and CSC manager) • Develop the offer and selling approach in a multi-channel way by applying an end-to-end understanding of the consumer buyer journey across channels
