'- Able to think strategically and formulate research and distribution plan for the city and PMAs. - Able to communicate with management teams. - Able to lead vendors (research and distribution) in a high drive role. - Have effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. - A strong understanding of IKEA Marketing. - Very good understanding about statistics, research method and data analysis - Good background could be either behaviour science (psychology, sociology, anthropology) OR economic/finance with an interest in consumer behaviour.
Manage and improve the catalogue distribution at local market to secure the best result. (achieving KPI and smooth vendor cooperation) - Develop clear distribution plan based on China distribution strategy & plan. - Work together with and drive local vendors to improve distribution quality.
Drive the local market research plan based on local needs, and secure the research plan implementation in a professional way. - Collect the needs for market (PMA, consumers, and customers) understanding and formulate the local research plan based on thinking how to support the brand establish and commercial priorities. - Work together with research vendors and secure the research quality. - Give relevant input and prepare highlights on local research.
