To drive sales growth and sustained long term profitability, by establishing and retaining a life long relationship with existing and new customers. This is achieved by working in partnership with our customers and other functions to:

Understand and match customer's needs and expectations now and in the future.
Aim to create a positive experience for all our customers' so they will return and want to shop with us again and again.
We listen to out customers and use knowledge of both IKEA product range and how retailing works in order to offer informed solutions and resolve customer issues.
