• 5 years leadership experience • 2 years experience leading leaders • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Leads the planning, organizing, and monitoring of the store goods flow process • Accounts for the logistics capacity in the store including space, equipment and people • Optimizes the total supply chain costs by monitoring and providing input to business partners • Leads the development and implementation of the logistic action plan based on store goals • Contributes to environmental, health, and safety performance in store • Secures the training of the team in order to ensure they are well informed regarding goals, goods flow processes, performance, and costs
