Last but not least, you hold the ability to engage a receiver by creating a passion for your plans and to inspire others.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The main purpose for this role is to drive extraordinary growth and brand positioning, maximizing sales and encouraging an excellent shopping experience across all channels within fast-paced Warsaw Market. You will lead and develop the Management Team in Warsaw Targówek Store – the flagship IKEA Store In Poland, with over 550 co-workers on board and top 10 in volume worldwide – with responsibility also for touchpoints connected with the Store as well as strongly cooperate with other Units to develop total Warsaw Market. It will be important to drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered. In this role you will work in Warsaw Targówek Store and report to the Warsaw Area Manager in the Country Headquarter. Assignments specific to the role: • direct and develop IKEA retailing in the local market and ensure alignment with the IKEA vision, business idea, human resource idea, and the global Retail Direction, • strengthen competitive position through building a strong IKEA Brand position and increase customer base by growing the IKEA market share within the total market also by creating a place to meet, learn and shop, • co-develop the Market Growth Plan, Market Commercial Plan and provide input on local priorities, • develop, lead and deliver growth, low cost and sustainable profitability, • ensure that the store and touchpoints work ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and external laws, • partner with other Market Managers, the Area Manager and country service office, • secure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who inspire, and empower every co-worker to recognise and understand their contribution, • position the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home in the local market by ensuring the IKEA Concept is implemented in a consistent manner in order to continually show the depth and width of the IKEA product range through relevant, affordable, functional, inspiring and sustainable home furnishing solutions in all media and channels.
