In your role as People Improvement Specialist you implement and establish people processes in the country organisation including executing on global structures, methods, policies, standards, rules and guidelines. You secure and monitor that national People processes are in line with the mandatory elements of People processes to secure compliance and a consistent execution. You network with stakeholders across the country organisation to proactively identify opportunities and ideas for standardisation, process improvement and digitalisation.

For this position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 2491-- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
