You are motivated by increasing customer value and thinking consumer and customer first. You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights as well as good leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate in a clear and engaging way. You are an inspiring and forward thinking storyteller with a strong business acumen: you are able to create impact and find growth opportunities, connecting different data sources. You have great knowledge of various consumer research methodologies and experience in finding smart and efficient approaches for getting consumer and customer inputs - often with budget and time limitations. You are a trusted advisor within the wider organization and can work cross-functionally with business stakeholders. You possess strong advanced project management skills with ability to negotiate and prioritize across different topics. Essential Requirements: For this role we believe you have at least 5 years’ experience working in an Insights role either within an FMCG manufacturer, agency or retailer business, with proven track record of delivering impactful business recommendations. You can work independently, dealing with high level marketing and commercial issues without direct supervision. You have great analytical mindset as well as excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluency in English is also essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role as Country Insights Leader, you are responsible for driving creation and sharing of actionable consumer and customer insights to enable better informed strategies, plans and decisions in the local market and also for driving consumer and customer understanding to inform business partner how to create value for customers and consumers, while delivering growth for the business. You will: • Provide relevant consumer and customer insights to the relevant teams to support problem solving and future growth opportunities • Collect and synthetize consumer, customer, brand data and internal data to contribute with recommendations and to inform decisions • Adopt and implement global tools, methodologies and solutions, and create new local solutions to improve current processes • Create an inspiring and vibrant insight-driven culture, putting the consumers and customers at the center of everything we do. • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within the Austrian organisation and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

For this position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 3225,81 (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement. Warmly welcome with your application!
