About the job:
In your role as IKEA FOOD project specialist in our Expansion Team you are responsible for developing IKEA FOOD solutions for the new store concept at IKEA Westbahnhof based on the project directives as well as the implementation of those. You define the workflows, layouts, range and needed equipment and also the new competence profiles of the IKEA FOOD team together with the corresponding department of the new store. You also build and maintain as strong network with the project team, the Austrian food matrix as well as the global matrix functions. You calculate the operational costs and set up a new sales tree based on the new range structure.


About your abilities:
- You are experienced in large-scale food operations
- You have good knowledge in multi-unit restaurant management and food safety standards

- You are proficient in English, written and spoken


For this full time position we offer a monthly gross salary starting from € 3.500,-- (based on full time). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
