•Strong emotional and social intelligence and an excellent collaborator on all levels in the organization
•Proven mastery and expertise in applying change management frameworks and methodologies; experience with applying well-known frameworks (e.g. ADKAR)
•Strong and diverse experiences (3-5years) in successfully delivering large transformation change
•Strong Project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
•3-5 years’ experience leading or managing small teams effectively and planning/structuring project related work.
•Proven record of consistently meeting agreed budgets and goals and working on plans over a number of years.
•Proven record of making and implementing action plans, providing clear directions and following up on goals.
•Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills with a demonstrated competency in strategic thinking that results in new ideas that drive the business forward.


The Country Business Development & Transformation Manager is an active member in the country management and is responsible for leading and steering the overall development of IKEA within the country to secure IKEA’s transformation, innovation, sustainability, growth, cost performance and expansion initiatives.

•Actively engage with and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka strategies to enable the ongoing transformation and secure growth, low cost and sustainable profitability in accordance with our overall purpose, retail direction and our financial strategy.
•Keeps the total Transformation agenda together including Digital and be an ambassador for the Transformation in the Country.
•Be a business partner to the country management team related to the Ingka development and innovation process anchoring the understanding of the innovation and business development happening within the country-securing that awareness is built into market intelligence and shared globally.
•Secure the screening, consolidation and sharing of new internal business opportunities (income models), and build strong networks with external partners to learn and to develop insights to support business development opportunities
•Represent the Retail country as a spokesperson and external representative for all Ingka entities within the designated area of responsibility.
•Lead, steer and support the country sustainability and expansion agenda, securing that sustainability is fully anchored and integrated throughout the country organization and securing that opportunities to meet more of the many people are secured
•Share entrepreneurial ideas and express opportunities for improvement on current ways of working while at the same time challenging the organization to improve and identifying and develop new business opportunities and commercial potentials.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 6.163,- (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
