• You have country specific expertise on local requirements, inside and outside of Finance and Procurement. • You are analytical and will take the lead in end-user training as well as providing support at go-live. • You have strong communication skills, are good at creating networks and trustful relationships. • You know the local rules and regulations regarding the area of finance and very good understanding of our retail business. • You are fluent in English and German. • You are a person with an inquisitive mind and you have a positive attitude to changes • With your knowledge and experience of the existing processes you are essentially contributing to the design of our future setup. • You play a crucial role in the implementation of the new systems, having already experience in SAP would be an advantage
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In this role you provide country specific expertise on local requirements inside and outside of Finance and Procurement in Austria. You will lead the operational and organisational readiness work, monitor country activities and reportings. By providing first level sign-off of country requirements and solution acceptance as part of fit-gap and test activities you will support the change by being a change ambassador for BOT and by performing training of end-users and providing support at go-live.
• Be informed and involved in future state system functionality and process discussion. Provide input on local requirements and local ways of working as part of fit-gap assessment • Secure country input to functional design and process design needed to close country specific requirements • Provide general feedback and input on required localization of training material • Deliver end-user training and provide end user support • Participate in End-2-End testing and User Acceptance Testing and provide first level input on solution acceptance • Support data cleansing, validate data migration and support business cutover and own local procedures documentation update (LOP style) • Support Change Impact - Action Plan management and the SAP role mapping to the end users.

All SMEs will report to the Business Operations Transformation Manager.
