Optimizing sales and profitability by taking ownership of the range and actively promoting your business priorities and volume commitments.
Take responsibility for your department goals by securing your action plan in line with the country and store business plans and priorities.
Acting quickly on sales opportunities and customer feedback, as well as keeping an active eye on competition, supply and performance analysis.
Knowing and presenting your range to ensure a positive and inspirational customer experience.
Ensuring that the shop is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times so that customers can make a buying decision on their own.
Be responsible for leading a highly competent and knowledgeable team of sales co-workers.
You develop your team and individuals and ensure that you have succession in place.
