As a person you are passionate about people, you love processes and awesome co-worker experience is your ultimate goal what you work towards everyday. This role is all about team work, continuous operations improvement and securing that all employment administration tasks are handled according to law and collective agreement on company level. In order to succeed in this role we believe that you have ability to make decicions, inspire and clarify and you have high sense of duty. Naturally you have strong knowledge about collective agreement for commecial sector and employment law. Even though actual payroll isn't part of your assignments you are at least interested how everything works. You will feel comfortable in this role if you are used to work together under fixed deadlines. You know how to implement long term plans, according to set budgets and goals and you understand the importance of accurate and up to date employee master data. For this role we believe you need to have competence in administrative HR tasks and in process improvement. Experience from managerial roles will benefit you greatly in this role. Due to fact that used languages among our co-workers are Finnish and English you are able to express ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication with these languages.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As People & Culture Services Manager together with your team you will provide centralized employment administration support in line with the Service Level Agreements for IKEA Finland organization. Administrative support includes also payroll preparations and extremely close co-operation with our Shared Services Center in Poznan, Poland. You will lead People & Culture process standardization and improvement in IKEA Finland so that we can work even smarter, efficient and accurate way in the future. You and your team will enable other People & Culture functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives. AND... What comes to your team... You are expected to lead and develop a focused team of great People & Culture Administrators and ensure that the team works effectively and collaboratively.
