WHO YOU ARE

As Checkout Services Manager in IKEA Espoo store you are an energetic customer service professional and you have a strong knowledge of being a leader. You are active, initiative, organized and administratively accurate. You are interested in customer service operations. You are always positive and work well under pressure. You have strong communicational skills both in Finnish and English (Swedish language skills are seen as an advantage). You are a strong hands-on leader who knows how to lead both people and business. You are passionate about developing and inspiring your colleagues and team members. You provide our customers a fun and hassle-free shopping experience in our store.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

Your goal is to create a positive experience for our customers, so they want to return and shop with us again! The commitment and well-being of your team members is a priority number one to you. You lead your department by example by working at the cash line as a cashier. You are not afraid of routines. You contribute to a fast and efficient checkout services, with help of follow ups on the queuing policy and waiting times in the check-out area. You take actions to ensure we keep the agreed goals. You also ensure that our store is always a safe and secure environment for our customers and co- workers.
