The IKEA vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people. We do this by offering a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible can afford them.

As a Circular Hub Manager, you will contribute to the success of the IKEA business through efficient and effective operations with focus on preventing costs and maximizing profit on products that cannot be sold through our normal pipeline. This work is carried out with the possible environmental impact in mind and always takes the customer's quality perception on our range into consideration. The function also ensures that any feedback on quality issues from a retail and customer point of view is taken into the product quality deviation pipeline.

About you:

Some would call us idealists who want to change the world, but we are firm believers that we actually can have a positive impact on people, society and planet. We put our heads together to solve the big questions: how IKEA products can become circular by using material and resources in the best way, how to improve the lives of the people who create our products, and how IKEA can benefit the communities where we operate.

Circular Hub (Recovery) is the department that handles the processes and methods to prevent goods from getting damaged, and if products are damaged to generate the best revenue from products that would otherwise go to recycling. The recovery and quality process supports the key activities of the IKEA store. The process covers the systems and methods for preventing damage to goods, acting on bad product quality, and the techniques for generating revenue from damaged goods that would otherwise be recycled.
