• College diploma or above • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in multi-national company, experience with a manufacturing organisation is a plus • Fluent in English & Chinese
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
• Provide prompt support to receive and register visitors, answer telephone, while receptionist is absent in the working time. • Monitor canteen services through regular check, meal survey, complaint resolution and etc. • Coordinate car services (company cars and external services), including drivers management, route arrangement, car assignment and etc. • Responsible for office floor plan and renovation • Identify opportunities to save cost and consolidate cost report on a monthly basis • Assist HR manager on administration team management and other relevant areas • Other ad hoc assignments assigned.
