Service Fulfilment Operations Specialist

You have a collaborative mind-set, you are good at building relationships within and outside the organization and can use that ability to influence others. You have excellent computer skills and are proficient on multiple IT solutions. You can use your great analytical and numeric skills to identify required actions, and when it comes to proposing solutions you have an end to end vision, with process oriented thinking. You can apply tactical and operational thinking for analysing business opportunities, are inspired by challenging situations and not hesitant to propose and initiate change. You do all of this always thinking of the customer first, considering the impact of our actions and initiatives.


Your tasks will include: • Responsible for creating performance reports to enable high performance in daily operations and an efficient distribution network. This links to different service fulfilment areas including capacity utilisation, delivery performance or shipment life cycle, which enable competitiveness of IKEA in a multichannel environment and support long-term growth and profitability. • Responsible to secure excellence in operations and quality through securing system setup for services, monitoring and reporting and clear connected communication with service partners to exceed customer expectations, provide seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting with the customer. • ?Responsible to define and maintain short and mid-term service and capacity parameters based on available forecasts. • Responsible for securing accurate reporting of service costs through efficient and accurate reconciliation of invoicing of contract costs and connected analysis.


Our focus in Customer Fulfilment is on providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for the many people. We have some exciting plans in the year ahead! We are looking for two co-workers to join the Service Fulfilment team who will support our Service Partners. You will support the market Service Fulfilment team by working with IT solutions, developing tools, invoicing and creating analyses to secure a high-performing organization. You will collaborate in multiple areas including daily operations connected to external service partners, achieving operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement, managing service capacities, cost development and lead-time development and sustainability.
