We have exciting plans to develop our installation services for our customers in the year ahead. We are looking for two coworkers to join our Service Fulfilment team who will work together with our Installation Service Partners to bring our plans to life.
You will optimise our shopping experience journey, by driving the development of hassle-free, qualitative kitchen and other installation service. You will develop IKEAs installation operations as well as that of our installation Service Partners including; cost development, lead-time development, communications, sustainability, short and mid-term capacities, efficiency & operational excellence.
You will need to have domestic installation experience, holing residential building licenses, and capable of supervising construction services to ensure it complies with legislation. You have operational experience working in a customer-focused, fast paced and multi channel environment. You have experience leading and developing processes on a national level, demonstrating your facilitation, change management and problem-solving skills. You have a collaborative mind-set; you will build relationships with our Service Partners and internally to develop the business & meet our customer’s expectations.
• Accountable for the implementation of ways of working and governance needed to secure an optimal installation, considering both co-workers’ and customers’ needs and expectations
• Accountable for short-, mid-term and long-term operational development of assigned service partners ensuring they have the knowledge to perform their tasks to represent IKEA well and provide an excellent quality in the meeting with the customer
• Responsible for the implementation and operational follow-up of relevant KPIs to steer the business with a customer centric approach for the lowest possible cost
• Securing high performing daily operations and capacities in the service fulfilment of installation including legal and safety compliance
