Job description


The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in an administration, along with their passion for both people and process. Essential attributes include: •The ability to communicate clearly and confidently to a wide range of audiences, both verbally and inwriting. •Attention to detail, good analytical and numerical skills. •Experience in administration. •The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. •Total commitment to confidentiality. •A high level of competence in Microsoft Office software.


As People & Culture Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to; •Ensuring all administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant with legislation •Execute administrative tasks linked to Recruitment Delivery in line with Service Level Agreements •Build reporting templates for repeated analysis and data sourcing to contribute to the delivery of the highest and most uniform standard of all HR administration tasks. •Contribute to processes to extract, transform, load and analyse People data, ensuring integration with various digital solutions to provide a consistent and efficient experience. •Analyse and identify opportunities within the People & Culture administration processes to contribute with the People Delivery team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work.


Together with the People Delivery team, you will support People & Culture functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing administrative support.
