As People & Culture Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
•Ensuring all administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant with legislation
•Execute administrative tasks linked to Recruitment Delivery in line with Service Level Agreements
•Build reporting templates for repeated analysis and data sourcing to contribute to the delivery of the highest and most uniform standard of all HR administration tasks.
•Contribute to processes to extract, transform, load and analyse People data, ensuring integration with various digital solutions to provide a consistent and efficient experience.
•Analyse and identify opportunities within the People & Culture administration processes to contribute with the People Delivery team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work.
