YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IKEA Food (Kitchen Production) Inventory Specialist. You are responsible for, but not limited to; • Managing the inventory system. • Daily invoice, waste and inventory management • Month end process and documentation from end to end each month • Implement, follow up and action waste issues daily • Achieving sales growth through exceeding food sales targets and KPIs • Maintain IKEA Quality and Food Safety Standards, producing and dating food according to specifications complying with HACCP standards, and maintains a safety culture

You will ensure that you have the customer’s best interest in mind, through the production of our delicious Swedish dishes!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As our store operates 7 days per week, the successful applicant must have availability to work the first and last day of each month as well as a rotating roster with a mix of day, evening and weekends. This is a permanent part time (40hrs/fortnight) opportunity to join the Food team at IKEA Tempe!
