You are familiar with budget management (plan, organise and manage costs) and business risk management. You have previous experience in project management. You are familiar with the sustainability aspects in Facility Management and have experience in Facility Management scope and ways of working. You are familiar with technical knowledge on buildings and equipment, and IT tools relevant for Facility Management. You also have technical knowledge on buildings and equipment and strong communication skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Reporting to the Facilities Management Manager (cluster), you will lead and manage the execution of Facility Management within the district through the site FM Managers. You will enable and secure best operation to the business and be responsible to make sure that each property is managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, customers and other stakeholders. You will implement relevant property management innovations, digital and technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and the many people. You will ensure that forecasts, follow-ups, budgets, 5 year rolling plan etc. are delivered from all sites and you will support, manage and develop the team’s competence, performance and resource management.
This role is responsible for securing that each property is kept in safe and as new condition on business needs and is responsible for optimising the efficiency of each property in a sustainable way.
