You are an experienced analyst ideally from a Marketing background and are confident with a range of statistical modelling. Your experience includes a broad knowledge of customer behaviour with specific insight into loyalty programs and CRM. You have extensive analytical experience and strong understanding of performance marketing measures. You hold formal qualifications in Marketing, Business intelligence (or equivalent) and are confident in deriving meaningful analysis from data that proactively contributes to the business’ commercial objectives and customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Internally this role is referred to as our Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analyst and works closely with our inhouse CRM team. The overall responsibility for the role is to provide customer analytics and insights to define offer that attract, retain and engage customers, increasing overall lifetime value. In this role you will work closely with the Loyalty team and broader Marketing function to provide insights that generate strong ROI and position IKEA as a meaningful and relevant brand in the market.
About the assignment
Key responsibilities will include;
Driving statistical analysis and data modelling to create insight led local offerings for engagement opportunities across multiple customer groups
• Driving performance analysis and optimization of local offerings/local Family benefits, rewards and engagement across multiple customer groups
• Collaborating with central CRM Hub on data/analytics and performance of all customer engagement activities, and deriving local insights
• Supporting the Marketing Performance Leader with Customer Engagement Performance analysis as well as conclusions that can be drawn from it to identify improvement areas
