WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

We are looking for an inspirational leader that will channel all the focus on inspiring and developing a large group of co-workers and team leaders, making shopping at IKEA Tempe a memory worth mentioning to friends and family. We want a leader who “walks the talk” and together with all other departments, will make IKEA Tempe THE unbeatable job and shopping destination. The Checkout Services Manager ensures the daily operational effectiveness of our Cashline (check-outs) and Cash office while playing a very active role within Customer Relations in cooperation with After-sales, Shopping Experience and the rest of the store. You will motivate and lead your talented team of co-workers and team leaders to adopt a customer service mindset and ensure the daily operational effectiveness of our Cashline (check-outs).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a permanent full time opportunity to join the Customer Relations team at IKEA Tempe. The successful applicant will need to have the ability to work a full roster, including evenings and weekends.
