Customer Service Team Leader has a wide range of tasks and he/she works in a fast-paced operational environment, so you need to have the ability to manage and control large entities and adapt yourself in unexpected situations and rapidly changing circumstances. You are an experienced leader or have strong acquirements of being one. You are active developer, react positively to changes and want to take responsibility for the whole customer service department and your co-workers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Your aim is to drive sales growth and long-term profitability by establishing and retaining life-long relationships with existing and new customers. Together with Customer Service Manager you are responsible for operational planning, development and resourcing of the whole customer service department. Your job is to make sure that the department’s daily routines and processes run smoothly and cost-effectively. You see that your co-workers are motivated and have the adequate skills and support to succeed in their job and serve our customers the best possible way.
