People Planning Specialist, IKEA Denmark, Customer Support Centre and Service Office

SECURE BUSINESS PROCESSES You ensure that we always have the right people in the right place at the right time to help our customers when they need it and to secure business processes. By doing this you make enormous contribution into creating great shopping experience for our customers and into excelling in our internal operations.
YOUR MAIN TASK Your main task is to create schedules, in close cooperation with the Service Business managers. To make sure that these are in the best possible way, you:
Ensure that schedules:
Comply with the People Planning approach defined in the Country People Planning guideline.
Comply with labour rules and agreed financial framework.
Are driven by fairness and work-life balance to ensure all co-workers have viable working conditions here included planned absence and vacations.
Prepare forecast on yearly, weekly, daily and hourly level (Phone, Mail, Chat and Social media)
Ensure the daily operation through the planning
Work with budget, both at the annual level and at the daily level.
Follow up schedule quality by analyzing schedule changes, productivity and customer satisfaction, and by collecting feedback from co-workers and managers.
Monitor people planning-related performance index and produce schedule-related reports to identify possible improvement and escalate any potential deviation to the Manager when scheduled or actual hours exceed the agreed financial framework.
WHO ARE YOU? To succeed in this job it is important that you have:
Good understanding of retail operation to be able to deliver proper schedule.
Ability to take and analyze complex data and make it simple, relevant and understandable for decision-makers.
Process and result oriented skills with constant desire to improve and to search new ways of working.
Ability to co-ordinate people and tasks, to follow up and to work with a sense of urgency.
Computer proficiency with MS Excel skills.
You have strong communication skills in both Danish and English, and proactive approach behavior.
