Retail Facilities Leader

St Louis, Missouri Property & Facility Management Full Time

Job description

3 years leadership experience Minimum 2-3 years previous building services related experience (landscaping, UPS, plumbing, general carpentry, controls software/management) Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Trade school desirable Background in working with outside vendors and contractors Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Resolves building maintenance and safety issues quickly and efficiently Partners with Risk and Compliance Leader to maintain vendor relationships to ensure all local and national laws are complied with in regards to facilities maintenance Oversees maintenance and repair of all equipment in store by third party vendors Ensures all local building codes and regulations are met Supports proper set-up and maintenance of basic IT systems Interfaces with contracted vendors to ensure service levels are maintained and policy adherence Coordinate schedules, service calls and validate work order completions in both internal and external Facilities Management service portals Monitors contractors performance, addresses quality/workmanship issues and reports any concerns
