Reporting to the IKEA Business Leader, you are to support sales maximisation in your business area by leveraging on existing IKEA product range and tools.
You are responsible to understand client requirements, coordinate and arrange products to fulfil new and existing customer’s orders.
You will represent Ikea for walk-in meetings and host them in the store.
You are responsible for following through on orders and enquiries through emails and phone calls.
You are required to work closely with all departments to secure stocks in the store.
You know your top selling products and promote alternative products.
You know the processes and you are responsible for sales documentations and ad hoc assignments
You have at least 1 year of experience in high volume business or multiple stakeholder coordination.
You have strong interest in the home furnishing business and customer service.
You are independent, organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You have fair commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate to customers’ needs.
You have strong leadership capabilities and have interest to progress to a leadership role in future.
You are computer literate (Microsoft Office) and able to converse with Chinese-speaking customers
You are open to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) to cover the operation's peak periods.
