Job description
  • Reporting to the IKEA Business Leader, you are to support sales maximisation in your business area by leveraging on existing IKEA product range and tools.
  • You are responsible to understand client requirements, coordinate and arrange products to fulfil new and existing customer’s orders.
  • You will represent Ikea for walk-in meetings and host them in the store.
  • You are responsible for following through on orders and enquiries through emails and phone calls.
  • You are required to work closely with all departments to secure stocks in the store.
  • You know your top selling products and promote alternative products.
  • You know the processes and you are responsible for sales documentations and ad hoc assignments

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in high volume business or multiple stakeholder coordination.
  • You have strong interest in the home furnishing business and customer service.
  • You are independent, organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You have fair commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate to customers’ needs.
  • You have strong leadership capabilities and have interest to progress to a leadership role in future.
  • You are computer literate (Microsoft Office) and able to converse with Chinese-speaking customers
  • You are open to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) to cover the operation's peak periods.
