Job description
  • You will support store and e-commerce picking of IKEA articles for the customers from the various locations on the shopfloor
  • You will assist in verifying the IKEA articles picked is correct and promptly packed the IKEA articles to be handover to our external service delivery providers
  • You will worked with customer relations department on oversold items
  • You help to ensure efficient goods flow and accurate inventory counts
  • You assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and  ensure a safe place to work for by using the correct equipment and following our safety guidelines.
  • Working closely with your colleagues, you also help to keep the store well stocked with the right goods, ensure a safe place to work for co-workers and yourself by using the correct equipment and following our safety guidelines.
  • You will assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned


Qualification
  • You are a self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You identify yourself with the IKEA Values
  • Energetic and physically fit, you must enjoy hands-on physical work and have a keen interest in warehouse logistics.
  • Experience in warehousing operations, forklift license & able to operate Reach Truck will be added advantage.
  • You have open availability and able to work 3 different rotating shifts to support operations 24/7 (AM/PM/Midnight)
  • You can commit to working on weekends and public holidays at all times.
