Job description
  • Reporting to the In-Store Logistic Manager, assists in monitoring and controlling the development and execution of logistic/goods flow action plans.
  • Leads the Goods Flow team and works with In-Store Logistics and the store commercial team to secure the highest goods availability for customer at all times and at the lowest possible cost.
  • Plans, organizes and monitors store goods flow process from receiving to sales locations replenishment, fulfilling the goal to be ready before store opening.
  • Contributes heavily to the outflow, with focus on e-commerce implementation with planning, organizing and monitoring picking and packing processes.
  • Optimizes the utilization of existing store logistics capacities (space, equipment and people), goods allocation and planning of resources.
  • Secures an efficient goods flow process in the store, including adherence to the Global Service Protocol.
  • Contributes with relevant goods flow input and feedback to the store business plan and logistics action plan.

  • At least 5 years of working experience preferably gained from the retail / logistics industry.
  • Experience of leading and managing a large teams, preferably gained in retailing and/or logistics.
  • Problem-solving experience with good proven record of meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in analytical skills with keen eye for details and results-focused.
