• Lead the IKEA for Business team, develop, coach and challenge your co-workers to grow and perform. • Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders. • Analyse sales and customer KPI performance and use this knowledge to prioritise initiatives and improve performance • Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in your market , both online and offline • Build long-lasting relationships with local business communities and actively spread the awareness of IKEA as a brand and partner for business in your local market. • Understand the market P&L and the influence your department has on the financial results. • Present and sell larger projects to the customers stakeholder/management group • Create sales quotations, follow-up on customer journeys and see projects to completion
