• 2 year plus hands-on experience in operating platform Databank and Strategy Center • Background in consumer insights from platform partner, brand owner, or service owner • Familiar with market research project management and has experience in handling a tight timeline and complicated methodologies independently • Good data and market sense, strong logical mindset • Excellent communication skill of negotiation
• Formulate consumer cultivation strategies with deep insights on the touch points of consumer journey (Awareness, Interest, Purchase and Loyalty) and with business indication • Grow brand’s consumer assets through the application of the data tools and platforms (such as Databank, Strategy Center, CRM, etc) • Led consumer operation tactics with 3rd party platform operation team on daily basis and at peak seasons to ensure best-in-class customer experiences • Lead the partnership and negotiation with platform partners and service vendor at strategy and operations level • Work across multi-functional teams (such as sales, marketing, supply chain and finance) within IKEA to ensure the strategic alignment and execution with excellence
