WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Core digital infrastructure is part of IKEA Digital Unit with the common goals to enable large programs as well as fast, innovative customer focused projects while safeguarding running business.
Our task is to keep the lights on today and build the IT landscape for tomorrow, enabling IKEA to meet the many people! We do that by securing the daily IT operations for IKEA, delivering shared test- and integration services and infrastructure expertise and supporting IKEA co-workers 24/7.
As a system engineer you provide the professional technical competence that is needed to fulfill our user organizations demands of IT services as defined in the Service Level Agreements.
To take on the assignment successfully you need to be structured and have understanding of network technologies in general and deep knowledge of network technologies. Your responsibilities are to handle and securing availability of the network, continuous improvement, documenting standard procedure and securing project success.
The position/s will be placed in Shanghai.
Key Qualifications •You have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a network operations group that focuses on service stability, security, and customer satisfaction. •Skilled in Huawei network products, like switches, wireless, campus insight etc. •Strong troubleshooting methodology and experience in an operational environment. •Experience with networking knowledge such as VxLAN, MPLS, IPSEC VPN, Firewall, Wireless, SD-WAN and network optimization. •Solid understanding of WAN in the context of service provider, and/or very large-scale enterprise environments. •Experience with DC network project design and implementation. •Network certifications such as HCIE, CCIE etc. •Fluent in Chinese and English communication. •Familiar with scripting skills by Python or Shell and DevOps experience is preferred.
