IKEA Supply China (“ISCN”) is the wholesale business unit buying IKEA goods from Suppliers and selling to retailers in Asia Pacific region, comparable to IKEA Supply AG. As a unit equipped with finance, legal, risk, compensation & benefit, corporate communication specialists, ISCN also provides common/shared services to all Inter IKEA business units and sites in China.
The Site Real Estate Manager:
To co-ordinates and supports ISCN Site’s / local DC facility management activities and provides sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for the local co-workers, suppliers and visitors.
To cooperate with the local DC Facility Team to comply with the relevant standards / routines from Inter IKEA Group and INGKA Group, as well as the local legal requirements for better maintaining and protecting ISCN Site’s properties and assets.
To involve and support for the local DC/Site new or retrofit projects.
On behalf of the Real Estate Department ISCN to ensure the local DC/Site property / facility maintenance tasks / routines have been implemented to meet the related KPIs and expectations.
To act as the local DC/site function stakeholder representing legal/finance responsibilities of the site facility related activities connecting to Inter IKEA assets, which includes but not limited to set/monitor requirements that should be compliant with both Inter IKEA group standards and local legal requirements.
To work with the local DSP Facility manager to submit the proposal of the local DC/site maintenance budget to REM ISCN on an annual basis, which will be an agreed budget frame for all maintenance related activities in the respective DC/site.
To work with the local DC/Site Facility manager to review and renew the local DC/site relevant maintenance contacts on an annual basis, which will base on the ISCN Authorization Matrix. To cooperate with the respective DC/Site Facility Manager and his/her team to implement/execute the maintenance contacts.
To ensure the local DC/site facility management services are delivered, and the buildings/high bays/assets are maintained in strict adherence with the Inter IKEA Group standards/requirements and all applicable local regulations. To conduct the spot check that the agreed maintenance and service work have been performed and to meet the expectations/KPIs.
To share the local DC/site best-practice facility management practices and to share the knowledge and findings throughout the Real Estate Department and DSP China Facility Teams.
To involve in local DC/site project establishment process, at the final 3 months hand-over period, which before the DC official operation, and make sure to comply with ISCN Real Estate standards / requirements.
To build up a good working relationship / network with the local government authorities to better protect ISCN properties and assets.

Facility management in theory and practice
Familiar with China local facility management, service and maintenance market.
Procurement and contract management
Familiar with IKEA DC facility management standards, manuals and rules is a plus
