-2 years working experience in project cost control / financial analyst / Accountants in real estate industry; -Experience to work with international company as client will be a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
'-Follow up project cost by maintaining contract database and reconcile with project record and Accounting record regularly; -Contract/SA/CO archive; -Implement Project Payment process by reviewing Payment Requests, making Account Payables entries in system and following up with Bank; -Support Simple bidding process compliance review; -Assist in monitoring & controlling quality of the Project Cash-flow Forecast; -Assist in preparing monthly controlling report; -Assist in accounting closing; -Company Chop management; -Local tax related support, incl. tax declare and invoice certificated; -Other ad hoc tasks like internal audit, close up support of other projects.
