WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Leasing – Basic knowledge of how to set up contractual arrangements for the use of IKEA assets in accordance with IKEA and country standards.
• Shopping center knowledge – Basic knowledge of shopping center business and famous shopping centers in shanghai.
• Real estate market – Basic knowledge about real estate development
• Partner Management - Knowledge of how to identify, build and maintain trustful relationships with partners in a responsible way, by selling and sharing an idea to collaborate around.
• Software skill – abundant knowledge and experience in office software including excel, PowerPoint etc,.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

• Responsible for leasing progress tracking, including routine project update, tenants’ progress update etc,
• Responsible for the reports and materials of the project, including project introduction, market study reports and internal meeting reports etc,.
• Support in analyses of latest trends and deep business insight of the market.
• Support in deals negotiation including on site guide, leasing drawings, legal documents and signing process.
• Support in coordination with project team regarding tenants’ requirement and study.
• Participate and arrange meetings for both internal and external issues.
