Be a leader of IKEA’s digital channel growth, focusing around the business on own website, APP, mini programs and marketplace as well •Take charge of the digital strategy of our digital channel business, including product management, promotion tactic implementation, consumer journey optimization and financial supporting works •Plan and implement digital channel calendar to achieve the sales target and operational KPI throughout the year •Monitor and ensure the best consumer journey of our website, APP and mini program and marketplace via efficient co-working with technology team, merchandising, UI/UX designer, performance marketing and external vendors to improve conversion and return on investment continuously •Provide data-driven insights around our business to optimize strategy and operations. Drive competitor analysis across relevant channels. Be able to understand traffic / store performance and consumer profile to find opportunity and drive own channel business growth.• •Coordinate with multi-function teams, including merchandising, supply chain, customer service and marketing team to ensure the product range, fulfilment, CS, key events and commercial activities; •Support country digital manager to start new business opportunity •Oversee technical integration of relevant IT systems to support the business •Lead and build the own channel operation team as well as the external agencies •Promote, actively engage and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka sustainability, People & Planet Positive, Strategy to enable the ongoing transformation and growth of the IKEA business
