As one of the key members of the Digital Channels organization, the Digital DTC Channel Operations Leader is tasked to provide the operational leadership and execution around IKEA’s Digital Channels strategy on China’s DTC channels, website, mini-program and APP, etc. and create seamless omni-channel shopping experience for our customers.
This role has responsibility for the digital DTC channel business (es) and is responsible for the quality of operations and executions to ensure business growth is on target by handling the day to day business operations. Also responsible for driving external vendors and delivering a seamless experience. Additionally, the responsibility of this role includes supporting Digital Channel Manager (DTC) to oversee integration of relevant IT systems to support the business and cross-functional collaboration across the China organization.
1.Online channel yearly/monthly/big event planning by products/category 2.Daily/weekly/monthly performance monitoring from range perspective – top products / slow movers / news / utg etc. 3.Product selection / assortment to fully utilize store traffic 4.Work with different channel operation leader to identify the product selection / display difference and maximize channel specific traits 5.Identify potential range focus
Qualification: 1.Minimum 5 years experiences in ecommerce planning or merchandising 2.Good knowledge and framework of how to digest online business target from products perspective 3.Good communication skill to lead things done in a cross-function organization. Experiences in a diverse working environment is preferred.
