• Experience in concept development preferred but not required. • Strong interest in retail and consumer trends. • Proven experience with documentation and best practices to communicate and scale. • Strong customer focus skills, commercially and business driven. • Strong communication skills and have the ability to involve and engage colleagues. • At least 8 years working experience in commerical real estate/ retail industry

• Supports the Meeting Place Making Leader, Customer Experience Leader and Concept Review Leaders in the execution of their accountabilities. • Contributes to the Meeting Place Making and Customer Experience product development through participation in MPM Workshops, development and documentation of concept and customer experience materials, tools and frameworks as well as other related activities. • Provides consultative support on smaller-scale improvements to Meeting Place Managers in accordance with the overall Meeting Place Making and customer experience framework. • Supports Meeting Place Making and customer experience procedures and yearly activities to secure that all relevant tools and frameworks are in place. • Collaborates with the Meeting Place Making Leaders to develop the Meeting Place Making framework and to streamline concept development processes. • Leverages Marketing Insights & Analytics to understand the needs of customers, communities and partners related to the Meeting Place Making framework and customer experience. • Supports Meeting Place Making Leaders, Customer Experience Leaders and Concept Review Leaders in their daily operations. • Collaborates with other Concept & Customer Experience Developers in daily operations. • Develops co-workers’ awareness for innovation and customer centricity by demonstrating INGKA Centres’ commitment to strive for outstanding customer experience.
