•To act as an entrepreneur: pilot, verify, iterate & share learnings of the community Hub. •Be responsible for developing and managing effective and relevant operations and processes. •Plan, develop, manage and deliver the calendar of community hub activities. •Identify and collaborate with delivery partners (e.g. designers, makers and entrepreneurs), local community partners and talented IKEA co-workers in developing an engaging and relevant programme. •Integrate and align with the wider store and market commercial calendars. •Host and deliver Community HUB activities, ensuring an accessible, relevant and inspirational experience. •Secure the development & co creation of relevant digital content to build engagement. •Measure the success of Community Hubs activities and business, providing regular feedback to the Store & SO team. •Ensure store engagement with the community hub, through regular communication and opportunities for co-worker involvement, joint business planning and cross functional collaboration. •Be an ambassador & external spokesperson for the community hub across the store, the business and externally. •Lead, develop and manage the community Hub team securing a high performing team. •Promote understanding of circularity, Health & Sustainable living & Community engagement to customers and co-workers. •Responsible for creating a break-even financial model by charging customers for rental & some activities & developing new services and revenue streams. •Responsible for the community Hub P&L.
