For the Ecommerce team, we are looking for a proactive enthusiast who can help us in establishing E-Commerce in a new country and securing the IKEA Brand and our overall vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”, by contributing their digital editing expertise to secure an enhanced customer experience online.
You’re leading the establishment and implementation of E-Commerce in a new country, in collaboration with the current Ecommerce team as well as global functions.
You will plan the activities to be done, follow up on execution and lead the implementation team along the journey of implementation.
You’re responsible to plan/coordinate the transition of the project into running business and ensure that it is fit for use by securing that all supporting processes and architecture are in place to support the transition from project to running business. This includes knowledge transfer, systems training and performance reporting.
You will contribute to the overall development of the E-Commerce solution, and ensure that it reflects the IKEA brand and quality standards, and through this contribute to an optimal digital consumer decision journey.
The position will be based in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
You have a genuine passion for Ecommerce and for doing what’s best for our customers.
You have experience in leading projects in a digital environment, and are tech-savvy in order to lead the implementation team.
You have knowledge of Ecommerce, project planning and stakeholder management.
