For the Ecommerce team, we are looking for a proactive enthusiast who can help us in establishing E-Commerce in a new country and securing the IKEA Brand and our overall vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”, by contributing their digital editing expertise to secure an enhanced customer experience online.
You’re responsible creating, and continuously developing, the E-Commerce order flow, sad flow & financial flow from an E-Commerce operating perspective.
You’re responsible for the communication and timely application of the E-Commerce delivery matrix and maintaining and expanding the delivery offer to our customers. You will also steer the application of delivery methods through your specialist knowledge of freight parameter and price setting.
You will actively support the store in the order picking process, with your in-depth knowledge of the E-Commerce order flow.
You will move the business forward by basing change requests and process development on incident analyses and customer feedback to ensure a full understanding of the change requirements within global IT
The position will be based in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya Selangor.
You are an expert in E-Commerce processes and order management, including related IT solutions.
You have an in-depth working knowledge of customer order systems for retail, distribution and transport.
You are independent in executing your work, and are a good communicator to stakeholders within and outside the office.
