As Assistant Leasing Project Manager, you are responsible for managing coordination of the future and current shopping centres between different departments including but not limited to Leasing department, Expansion department, Centre Management Office, Finance, Tenancy Coordination etc. Be a speaking partner as one point of entry between departments within the company. Assistant Leasing Project Manager belongs to the Leasing Department and reports to the Leasing Project Manager.
Your main assignments will be:
Run, administer and organize implementation of the lease strategies and yearly lease plans for the assigned portfolio of current and future shopping centres
Ensure processes and communication initiated, fulfilled and approved in time and run smoothly and effectively between leasing, projects and centres
Coordinate project-related activities, resources, equipment, and information within relevant departments
the role will have minimum involvement in meeting tenants and negotiating contracts.
We are looking for an ambitious & enthusiastic Assistant Leasing Project Manager with minimum 3 years working experience in Leasing & Marketing/ Leasing Coordinator/ Project Management within shopping centre environment. Essential competences needed are:
Knowledge in leasing, leasing process and tenants’ requirements
Advanced user of Windows including CRM and other professional systems such as budgeting tools
Good organization and presentation skills; able to present to and engage various stakeholders
