WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

IKEA Food Production Co-worker Are you a team player who is over 18 with a passion for food and people? Do you thrive in a busy environment? We are looking for someone like you to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. You will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced and safe environment to deliver a better everyday life for the many. As a Food Production Co-worker you will report to the Kitchen Manager and Chef Specialists and work alongside them in planning and producing food for over 1000 customers and 200 co-workers every day. You will be at the heart of the kitchen operation ensuring all menu items are available and prepared in a timely manner to secure availability and quality throughout each day. IKEA also demands exceptional standards of Food Safety, as a Food Production Co-worker you will play a key role in working with the management and leading the team to constantly deliver these throughout the department. You will be expected to display initiative to get the job done whilst working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and food, an eagerness to learn and will embrace change with a solution-orientated approach to the many challenges and tasks that present themselves. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help to develop your own successors too. As a Food Production Co-worker you will be required to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week & weekend. Candidates must be over 18 due to Health & Safety regulations.
