Job description

Working with the store team by supporting and challenging them, to ensure the business growth with sustained profitability.  
Proactively using all the information and tools available, to ensure a multidimensional approach to steering the business with our customers in focus, and improving the store operations and the shopping experience.  
Ensuring the store is always a safe and secure shopping and working environment.  
Seeking and identifying business opportunities and encouraging taking quick actions which will grow sales and improve profit.  
Acting as a leader, manager, coach and mentor to the Business Navigation team, securing both business and people growing together.  
Coaching and challenging managers and co-workers in the store on relevant Business Navigation competencies, to improve their contribution to business performance.  
Providing and communicating relevant business information, goals, actual results and forecasts to managers and co-workers, in a way which inspires them to take actions to achieve agreed goals.  
Contributing in achieving excellence in operations, by taking responsibility for the following areas and departments: Staff planning, Safety & Security, Facility maintenance, Administration (ASR Rules & Guidelines and local routines), IT and Recovery. 


Degree in Business or related field. Has the ability to simplify complex financial information (i.e. Revenue, COGS, Operating cost, Balance Sheet) into a structured way. You are someone with more than 5 years of experience in management accounting and commercial/financial reporting with proven strong analytical and numerical skills. You will play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process.
