WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Understanding of budget, cost and key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business. Skilled in creating an efficient and cost effective commercial performance. Understand sales steering and how to optimise store capacity and secure availability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work with the country Retail Supply Integration team to secure highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team considering country positioning campaigns, commercial calendar and local store activities. Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store. Work actively with the commercial team with the range change process, led by the commercial team, by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales starts, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities. Maximize a successfull replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering in line with the commercial calendar. Work actively together with the Goods Flow Manager in analysing stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process. Support the Logistics Manager and Business Navigation Manager with the analysis of stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process. Contribute to the Store Business Plan and Logistics Action Plan and ensure implementation of agreed logistics actions in the store business plan within the Sales and Supply Support team. Set goals based on agreed KPIs and monitor the Sales and Supply Support teams performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly.
