Provide customers with a positive purchasing experience by ensuring customer convenience standards are met or exceeded Perform cashiering duties adhering to policies and procedures Monitor and maintain Basic Actions Perform reconciliation and other cash office procedures accurately and timely Transfer learning to coworkers on Basic Actions, product knowledge, cash handling procedures and customer interactions Monitor and maintain Check-out department equipment in optimal working conditions Contribute to an environment where the IKEA Culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur


Support Check-out Services through efficient and courteous cashiering, Basic Actions implementation and coworker training to strengthen IKEA’s position as the best home furnishing store
