Shopping Center Partner Relationship Leader - (INGKA Centres)

WHO YOU ARE

You have been in retail business for a while now, managing a department store or overseeing a cluster or a region of stores, and this approach has definitely helped you go above the expectations. Also, people trust your opinion because your analytical mind has time and time again been proven right and the commercial decisions you make are a perfect mix of facts, figures and your understanding of the market and the business. Do you recognize yourself?

Additionally, you have:

• an academic background (Bachelor or Master Degree) preferably in Economics or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience covering increasing responsibility roles, covering different aspects of operational / commercial activities of a shopping center, retail, hospitality or service industry with proven analytical and numerical skills
• P&L analysis; ability to set a budget, create and execute strategic long-term action plans
• previous experience in international multinational companies with complex structures
• ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Italian language

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To optimize the meeting place experience for the many people, drive visitation and deliver sustainable business growth. Achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance, brand value and sustainability performance. Deliver growth and profitability; secure IKEA presence in the Meeting Place. Manage our partners, securing the best commercial and operational support in order to increase the share of income.
Amongst other things you will:

• Be an active speaking partner that develops business opportunities together with Lease partners and commercial brands, promoting the Meeting place uniqueness and attracting customers, actively contributing to drive visitation, creating relevant, emotionally engaging and experiential offers for the many people in accordance with the Meeting place customer journey
• Develop, implement and follow up the long term leasing strategy to ensure that business priorities and customer needs are being respected, managing the day to day relationship with tenants in cooperation with leasing and property function to support partners with re-location & re-clustering within meeting place.
• Keep a very close follow-up on the commercial and operational performance of our Partners, understanding their business models. Engage partners to improve the sustainability performance of the Meeting place
• Drives planning process for Total Rental Income Budget (Estimation) and its follow-up in close cooperation with Leasing, Sales and Controlling areas

This role is based in Brescia, Italy.
