We believe you have experience in a multi-unit facilities management organization, preferably in a high-volume retail sector as well as experience in working with sustainability and the environment from a Facility Management (FM) perspective, in relation to your specialist area. Additionally, you have:
• 5-10 years of experience covering increasing responsibility roles, covering different aspects of operational / facility management activities of shopping centre, retail, hospitality or service industry. • proven past experience managing MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), external partners and safety standards • P&L analysis and ability to set a budget, implement action plans, manage cost and KPIs • previous experience in international multinational companies with complex structures • ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Italian language
Contributes to improve customer experience by ensuring safe and comfortable environment in the Meeting Place. Cooperate with the Facility Management Service Provider to maintain and operate property on high level with focus on sustainability. Amongst other things you will:
• Partner with HQ Facility Management team to ensure delivering good FM service with positive impact on customer experience • Oversee and facilitate the Tenant coordination liaising with different stakeholders • Be a key player in continuous performance improvement and sustainability initiatives including: energy, emissions and water management, waste management, implementation of company and other local sustainability initiatives, in cooperation with Community Engagement. • Be responsible for the cost part of P&L in his/ her area of responsibility, drives cost part Budget/ Estimation planning process and follow-up in close cooperation with different stakeholders, secures the delivery of financial KPIs in regard to operational and FM costs by closely cooperating with different stakeholders. Ensures on-budget execution of planned technical and core operations investments under his/her scope This role is based in Brescia, Italy.
